1988 – 1/91: Design Engineer for Bishop & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Sarasota, FL – Sarasota County, Florida, water transmission system (more than 20 miles of pipeline from 6″ to 42″ in diameter); evaluation of existing water distribution, sewage treatment plants, sewage collection systems and pump stations in Florida; gravity sanitary sewer system and force mains in Florida; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers dredge & fill permits; U.S. Coast Guard bridge construction permit; various EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) discharge permits.
