Project: PHI Training, Administration & Corporate Offices
Client: Lafayette Regional Airport

Description: This 25 acre project consists of approximately 260,000 square feet of buildings housing corporate offices in an administration building and the various shops, hangars and support facilities, all of which are related to helicopter maintenance, pilot training, and commercial helicopter operations. The new facility was designed to consolidate PHI’s operations and eliminate previous inefficiencies associated with numerous separate buildings on multiple sites. The new complex is arranged to take advantage of connectivity between related activities and facilitate the flow of the various maintenance tasks required to support the process of refurbishing helicopters from total disassembly, dispersal to respective shop areas and re-assembly
