The elements that make up a strong and healthy community go beyond well-designed and engineered roads, bridges and hospitals. The hallmark of a model community also includes good corporate citizens, a diverse marketplace, satisfied customers, and above all else, quality of life.

The staff at Domingue, Szabo & Associates freely offers its expertise and services on various technical advisory boards in the community, including the ULL Industrial Advisory Committee, the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, and the I-49 Task Force. Committed to improving the education of our youth, the firm annually participates in the New Iberia Chamber of Commerce’s “Pathways to the Future” for high school students. As members of the Louisiana Engineering Society, Domingue, Szabo & Associates annually assists with MATHCOUNTS and has organized the event on the local and state levels in the past.   The national competition for seventh and eighth graders is sponsored by the National Society of Professional Engineers.  DS&A has also made a number of presentations at water/wastewater technical conferences to share expertise for improving such facilities.
