Chris Richard, P.E., a Project Manager was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Domingue, Szabo & Associates, and was also elected Treasurer of the organization.

Richard has been with DSA since 1991, working on various municipal water, wastewater and drainage projects.

He is a USL graduate and a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Louisiana and Florida and Environmental Engineer in Louisiana.

He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Engineering Foundation and is the President of the Louisiana Engineering Society.
